Squamish Canyon is a family-focused visitor and community eco-attraction amongst an immersive West Coast rainforest boardwalk and a waterfall canyon-side walkway. It offers visitors a safe, low-impact experience and educates them about the rainforest, geography, and deep community history.

About the project
Founded by Squamish locals, with Ridge development support, Squamish Canyon will be an interactive eco-tour attraction. Guests explore the rainforest boardwalks and thrilling river canyon walkways around the Mamquam River and its waterfalls. The boardwalk guest journey includes a cafe, unique forest lounge, artisan area, and children’s playground. The host city of Squamish, British Columbia, is nestled on the Sea-to-Sky Highway between the west coast metropolis of Vancouver and the world-famous Whistler Resort. Squamish is billed as the “Outdoor Recreation Capital of Canada”.
