About the project
Conveniently located just south of the downtown area of Maple Ridge and south of a regional highway. This proposed 82 unit, six-story multi-family building will be built on top of a parkade. The building will offer a range of amenities, including a secluded landscaped courtyard, sunny balconies, bike lockers, a multi-use room, and outdoor family play areas. There will be 32 one-bedroom suites and 50 two-bedroom suites in the building.
